This was originally intended to come out as chocolate cake, but well, that didn’t work very well. I guess I digressed too far from the Dark Chocolate cake recipe found in this book.
It’s not bad, but it’s definitely different. I’m taking it to work tomorrow to let the guys have a go at. Not my best work, but not a disaster.
These are egg-free, dairy-free, sugar-free cakes/breads/whatever. They are not, however, gluten-free. Guess what I’m adding back first. 😀
