We interrupt your regularly scheduled Monday to bring you breaking news!  For the first time in several years, Inara has willingly snuggled a human!  Yes, folks, she sat in my lap for  a full 10 minutes and is now laying beside me as I write this.  It is a day to mark down in the history books!  And I caught it on film (so to speak).

(Yes she was only snuggling to get near to the lace shawl I’m knitting.  For some reason she can’t resist the KnitPicks Shadow lace weight.  That is what the shawl she destroyed was made of.  I can see I’m going to have to be very careful with this project…)

Crash

My car got crunched.  Everyone is ok.  I am now dealing with the very long, drawn out, and frustrating part: Insurance.

Just know that 70 year old men with diabetic conditions that render them nearly unconscious should not be driving.  Especially not down the wrong side of a major road and through the red light into my car.

Still Here
